About

• Doctor Power began in 2006 with the initiative to introduce energy saving principals and products into all lighting applications without reducing the quality of light, our doors were opened in June 2008.
• After several years of developing the range of Doctor Power energy saving lighting technologies, Doctor Power then partnered with top OEM manufacturers for Osram and Philips in Asia.
• Doctor Power  has been rated a “LEVEL 3” BEE status company in South Africa and achieved certification as a ESCo member.
• Doctor Power has partnered with Heritage Environmental Management Group and together are focused on the “ Journey” of saving our earth.
• Doctor Power spent vast amounts of time and money sending all the products to the South Africa Bureau of Standard (SABS) and to Eskom for testing and this is a ongoing process as new products are continuously launched

Vision

• Doctor Power offers a free corporate site Audit of your lighting in Gauteng, Durban and Cape Town.
• Based on the different light fixtures such as  Commercial, Office, Decor, Industrial and Outdoor, from our Audit we can calculate the current power consumption of the light fitting and supply a equivalent lumens lighting conversion with a saving of between 35 to 80%.
• Doctor Power’s focus is to install energy saving lighting that does not change the colour temperatures, therefore keeping the current lighting asctetics.
• With the correct tariff rate for the application we can also work out the Rate of Return on the Capex required.
• Doctor Power is a partner with Heritage whom implement accredited Environmental Management Systems thus ensuring all old lamps / fittings are disposed of correctly and assisting your company with waste, water and energy management.
